Schedule Your Free Care Consultation

It all starts here. We’ll get to know you or your loved one to understand your needs so we can design a personalized care plan and present you with all the options. This is also a great time to get some of your initial questions answered!

step 2:
Caregiver Matching

When it comes to in-home care, one size does not fit all. Once we finish the consultation, we’ll select the caregiver(s) we believe would be the best fit based on you or your loved one’s needs and desires.

Step 3:
Start of care

After everything is finalized, the caregiver will arrive on day one to provide the support and attention you or your loved one needs.

Ongoing support

Maintaining our standards is extremely important to us. That’s why we regularly check in with you to ensure everything is up to par.

I was greatly impressed with Oasis staff. In particular, Cameron was very helpful and understanding when he did the initial interview. Unlike many of the other companies we interviewed, he spoke to my mom directly, and treated her with respect. Others spoke to me and referred to her in the third person. Regardless of how infirm someone is, it is good to treat them like a person. Reanne and Georgia were both very helpful as well, and gave me a high level of confidence. I was particularly impressed with how Oasis staff handled damage to my mother’s car. Reanne and Cameron went out of their way to have the car repaired with minimal impact to us.
